Our Small Batch & Hand Crafted Salsa uses Colorado Grown Green Chile peppers picked in Autumn and custom fire roasted on the Farm. We then add Fire Roasted Tomatoes, Garlic, Cilantro, Lime Juice and Hand Selected Habanero peppers for a well rounded Salsa with just the right amount of Green Chile & Habanero Bite.
